This Employee Handbook is intended to help its India employees and, where applicable, other personnel engaged with it, to become acquainted with some important policies and practices of Leucine at TNN Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“Leucine”, “we” or the “Company”).
While no handbook can be an all-inclusive document covering every possible scenario, this Handbook provides significant guidance and information regarding how we approach certain matters of fundamental importance. All employees and personnel to whom this Handbook applies are expected to read it thoroughly, and sign the acknowledgement form at the end of this Handbook, stating that you acknowledge and understand its contents. From time to time, the information included in this Employee Handbook may change or be updated. The Company will keep you informed of substantial changes through suitable lines of communication.
This Handbook replaces all earlier handbooks and supersedes all prior or conflicting policies, practices, and procedures.
Nothing in this Employee Handbook, or any other document describing personnel policies or benefit plans, creates or is intended to create a contract, promise or representation of continued employment, or continued terms and conditions of employment for any employee.
This Handbook is generally based upon national laws of India and state laws of Karnataka. Some policies may not apply to employees based outside of Karnataka. As to each employee, the Company will comply with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction in relation to their employment with the Company.
This Handbook is strictly confidential. Please do not share any of this information or the contents of this Handbook with anyone outside of the Company.
